Nicky Chang partners with founders and leadership teams to shape ideas into brands people understand, love, and advocate for. She works at the intersection of strategy, design, and business, guiding decisions across product, brand, and experience. Her work has been featured in Forbes, Fortune, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and Entrepreneur Magazine. She serves as an invited design critic at Yale, Columbia, and Parsons. She holds a Master of Architecture from Yale University and a B.A. from Williams College.

Jaime Garcia

Experienced product designer based in Tokyo and Bogotá, Jaime earned his Master's in Business Design in Milan, Italy, and is currently a PhD candidate at Keio University. His research focuses on the emotive value of design for mobile societies based on implementations of future scenarios and the materialization of new technologies. Jaime engages in creative mentoring and is an integral part of multidisciplinary projects across the globe. His clients include Vitra, HP, and SONY.
